Calyx DAC 24/192 Driver (ver 1.61.0) works with recent firmware (over firmware ver 3.3.0)
it doesn't work with old firmware (ver 3.2.0 ...)
Please perform a firmware update (Calyx DAC 24/192 Firmware (ver 3.3.0)) before installing this driver.

- KS driver operates in event-driven mode now.
Timer-driven mode caused issues in Win8 if playback runs for several hours.
- Installer error handling fixed for the case that the user disconnects the device during installation.
Change
- Manifest of all applications (setup, control panel etc.) adapted to support Windows 8.
